Eh that threw me off when it was new but it’s been a thing for about a decade at this point. My work is all-in on Azure and this has never confused any users as far as I’ve seen, and we’ve got some incredibly ignorant users. Everyone just hits “browse” from that screen and you’re back to the old school save screen.

Right? Seems like Linux fanboy propaganda. If you don’t know where your file saves to, you’re probably incompetent and shouldn’t be near a computer. Even the most incompetent of users in my 15 year IT career know how to save something and where it’s saving to.

Do it like Ground News where it shows you stories, then when you click on it, it shows you the sources. Default click goes to your local source, but maybe add a button to view the cross posts.

I’ve been going back and forth between Connect and Liftoff. Both have some great features, but both are also lacking a lot.

The only thing I can think of is awarding a comment with gold means it can never be deleted. They’re probably trying to mass delete everything that makes them and that fuckwad u/spez look bad.

AI is your friend! I already use a mix of Bard, Bing, and ChatGPT for the really difficult problems. I just do tier 2 support, though.
