I am comfortable with it in my right hand but I have a tendency to click the buttons backwards. Trackpad is easier one finger left click 2 finger right click just seems more intuitive.

I don’t own a mouse. I like the trackpad because I’m left handed and a mouse always felt weird to me left handed because schools in the 90s forced me to use it right handed.

I purposely nuked my account after the API fiasco by hugely shit talking a particularly awful moderator, which was fucking awesome. Same story though, got banned, no message, but I was unable to appeal. Never looked back. I was never attached to my points because what the fuck does that matter anyhow. Well welcome aboard! Lemmy is a great substitution once you learn to cope with the fact that there is less content generally, but it is a much better community. Of course that depends on the instance you choose but you can always just silence the ones you don’t want. I came here back during the api fiasco and I’ve never looked back. I can’t even imagine using Reddit now. My wife still scrolls on it and it’s so cringe, all bots and the same tired inside jokes. I like it here much better. We still get dumb jokes but it isn’t nearly as bad as Reddit.
