Made me curious: If I have 4 DIMMs, would 4x8gb sticks be bettwr than 2x16gb? Already looked up 1 stick vs 2 in dual channel (2 is better) but can’t find an answer for 2 vs 4.
Resident goofball. Freaky furry. Silly little guy who’s not so little. 🇧🇱🇺🇪. Pansexual. Husky. Woof. 🐶
If anything I post makes you think instead of laugh: You read it wrong, dummy.

the computer clock only ticks up 1 second every 3 seconds

“Hey, you guys wanna do IRL mario kart? I just got the set.”
“But there’e 3 of us and it only came with mario and luigi.”
“Don’t worry guys, I got this.”
puts Steam Controller on the starting line

One of the first remasters fucked it up, too, by not having the fog so a bunch of holes, gaps, and other things you were never meant to see in the level geometry were very much visible.

I solved this problem by simply not trying to access Reddit for about 3 years.

Barbarian.
I’m gonna keep smashing the keyboard and getting mad until my code works or I lie dead on the ground.

It would be funny af if there was a way to make the computer think the screen size was infinite (just for the mouse) so you could send your cursor 20 miles away and never find it again.

Fist Full of Frags still has plenty of active servers. The one I usually play on is FFA, but the game does have other modes.
It’s also free.
There’s also every single Battle Royale game. Solos are just “big ffa.”
Can I log in with my ass?
How do you even read the screen in broad daylight?
I played the first 3 and only all the way through 1 and 2. 3 got stale really quick for me and I didn’t play through more than half of it. Haven’t touched one since, so I can’t say if they got better again, but I also think Prime 1 was the best one of that series I have played.

10 PRINT 'Hello World!'
20 GOTO 10

I remember when aimbots in Counter-Strike worked by searching for a specific color pattern that it would lock onto, so it became somewhat common to put those colors at the center of an image to use as a spray and force any cheaters to stare at a wall. Goatse was a common image used for this.
Glad to see old tricks get new purpose.
Get a naked mole rat if you like bald mice. 😌
DEYTOOHISJERB!

Thank god it requires enabling something my BIOS has disabled by default and I don’t need it for anything, otherwise my install of 10 would have already been turned into 11 on its own.

I used to think this. When I was a teenager.
Now I’m pretty sure the fewer programmers you have, the better the program. Don’t need to worry about stepping on toes or making sure your parts work with another person’s parts if it’s just 1 person doing the whole thing.
And if it’s 1 person doing everything, not just programming, they also don’t need to worry about some manager forcing them to a deadline or requesting ridiculous changes/additions.
They only had the old SteamOS available for installing to anything but a Steam Deck. But they had said the current SteamOS was going to be available for all PCs a long while back, anyway.
