I guess not rust itself, but people telling them to switch to rust over and over again. They use a lot of assembly magic to get good performance, they aren’t in C land.

It works great for technical constructs. E.g. A Button is a UI element. But for anything business logic related, yeah it’ll suck.

Beyond that, in reality you would write
logger.info()in both 99% of the time.

6 monthsOh, is that still a problem? I thought my GTX 1070TI was having problems in games because Debian ships quite old drivers. But if that happens on Arch, I guess I’m out of luck with that card for Linux 🥲
