Now there’s a giant, bright, tiktok ad at the top of every post yet this client still can’t support redgifs after months. I jumped on the sync hype train, where should I get off?

Have to agree a little bit with op though, LJ. I bought Reddit Sync Pro about 4 times over the decade+ that I used it because I was happy to pay a fiver to get rid of the ads and support your work

If they want to charge for apps they can, I like boost, it’s a good app and I’m happy to pay for it. Sync is also a good app but it’s too expensive.

Better at the bottom of the screen? That way it wouldn’t need to reserve the space.

mods deleting recommendations for other apps as spam. Those apps don’t spam you with ads. unlike sync.

I wonder if it is because I clicked on them sometime before and now they’re hidden in Sync. I couldn’t find a quick way to see hidden posts.
Anyway, I did restore purchases and now ads are gone

Do you have it set to show posts over the last “x” hours? That’ll hide the pinned posts if they’re not in that timeframe

Connect doesn’t have ads… I don’t understand why people opt for apps with ads. Are they much better? Connect gives me everything I’m looking for

Connect has ugly fonts. If it looked as nice as Sync, I’d switch in a second.
