I’m struggling to see how your comment is a response to the one you replied to? But anyway yes, moderators across many platforms can be quite egregious.

Though at some point, when the same thing happens many times with many different people, one must consider that they may possibly be the problem.

We have them here for big elections, kinda, but they’re special government mandated broadcasts that each party have access to in order to get their message out for free to ensure equal representation, otherwise you could have a situation where the party with the most money to burn could sway the election results in their favour with a bigger ad campaign.

I wanted to move to Jellyfin, but there isn’t an app for it on the LG WebOS library like there is for Plex, so I wouldn’t be able to watch stuff on my TV, which sadly makes it useless for me :-(

I don’t have the money to be going out and buying extra add-ons for my TV to watch stuff either, sadly. So, Plex it is for now!

I’ve not built a tower in a few years granted, but the last one I built had PS2 ports. Heck it even had VGA for the onboard graphics.

My TV doesn’t have a Jellyfin app, only a Plex app. I’m not buying a new TV just to use my preferred media server, sadly :-(

Deeply, deeply unprofessional. If I had an employee that was this bad at presenting themselves to those outside of the organisation, I’d either insist they learn how to write properly in their own time and apply it at work, or possibly let them go.

It may seem harsh, but they write like a child, and that would reflect very badly on us as a team and organisation in every interaction they had, every day.

If you’ve got nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all.

I know they have a lot of data aps like that in developing nations still, like those in Africa, but generally in the western world we moved past those around 15 years ago at least, thank the gods. I’ve not even had a date limit on my phone since 2014, so handy for tethering the laptop when I’m on the move!
