Make a subreddit and set it to private. Then 3rd party apps should work. I currently use boost for reddit. You might need to look for a binary on apkpure or smth.

Yeah pretty much. I saw a post complaining about the new reddit design and thought someone might find it useful.
Maybe it has to do with people stealing content to train AI? Atleast now if there is an opportunity to be a part of a lawsuit or smth they can claim they provided a licence. I dunno just a guess
