3 monthsIf there are some communities you simply can’t live without because they provide good links you are interested in just download an RSS reader. Reddit still allows RSS access, at least for now.
You won’t be able to post and interact with the content anymore, but let’s face it, Reddit is actively purging itself of humans, in favor of bots, for some reason. So the discussions are filled with slop and useless now. I’m glad I didn’t buy any stock.

Are there any humans on Reddit anymore? I just assume it’s all bots talking to bots. Beep boop!

6 monthsI’ve given up on posting on Reddit entirely. I haven’t deleted my account, but I logged out of all of my devices and make sure I will never contribute anything, ever again.
There are a handful of subreddits I still want to keep tabs on (mainly for Sports) and I found that for the time being, Reddit still allows RSS. So there are 2 or 3 subs I monitor with an RSS reader just for the links.

Reddit doesn’t want you. They want bots – lots of bots – and bland people who will absorb what the bots tell them. Reddit thinks it will make money that way. Maybe they’re right, who knows? All I know is they don’t want us there.

1 yearSo when you say something they don’t like they literally ban your eyeballs from the site?
Oh, my sweet summer child. They were never your comments, you just wrote them. They belong to King Steven the Turd, Greediest of Pigboys now.

You’ll probably have to pay in Dogecoin, or Sam Altman’s shitty WorldCoin. Sam wants to assign you a wallet by scanning your retina, so that tracks.
