It was much less overt and fascistic in like 2011, fuck I’m old

2 yearsI just did this over the weekend, I’ll try to remember to come back after work and add in my steps. It can be really confusing to parse over a bunch of tutorials

Reddit@lemmy.world•New Study: At Least 15% of All Reddit Content is Corporate Trolls Trying to Manipulate Public Opinion
2 yearsThe only subreddit I still check is /r/cfb because it’s by far the best college football specific part of the internet and my Fanactus account seems to have been deleted. I’m not disclosing what my old account was but I was a upper mid level account there for about 7 years, not bragging just framing, it has gotten really fucking shilly in comparison to even last year although itd been happening for a while. It crescendoed with the release of the new college football madden analog, which does make logical sense for why, but there was some hard corporate dick riding. I don’t care for sports video games that don’t involve Mario or have the word Jam in the title so I don’t know if the game is any good but it was obviously paid

2 yearsAs soon as there’s an NFL and CFB equivalent on Lemmy I will have zero use for Reddit, I still check those for news and during the season but deleted my account last June

3 yearsI’m actually not, I was really excited for Kbin during the migration and just got on .world until it was more fleshed out. But 6 months later I think it missed the first boat out of Reddit and may not catch on now

3 yearsThat’s true but it does take a long time to get to England in a row boat
I trust me to not steal from me, I do not trust me to write good code
Booze lowers inhibitions, that’s not always a good thing, but in a situation where you really want to impress it’s not uncommon to be stiff and visibly nervous, which is counterproductive. Smoothing that edge a bit when the situation calls for is using alcohol as a tool, just remember any tool can be dangerous if used improperly
If it’s a video or phone interview I take a shot 10 minutes before start time, loosens me up and helps me to be less in my head. Hate encouraging alcohol use to anyone, but it’s always worked for me

So I’ve dabbled on and off with Tailscale for a while and have pretty much all my services besides my video players behind it. Was part of a big efficiency push I did earlier in the year which was a giant pain in the ass so I’m kinda taking a step back for a few weeks and enjoy the fruits of my work and also catch up on all the things I forget to do when I hyper fixate on my lab.
My question is how much of a pain in the ass will it be to move from tail to head
