A mod from r/popculture was raising alarms about posts regarding Luigi Mangione getting people banned. Apparently, the mod in question was reinstating posts calling for violence and other reasons against TOS, posts which admins had removed, leading to them getting suspended. This isn’t to say that reddit admins are without fault or definitely not targeting discussions about Luigi, though I just thought it was funny that this particular person was lying for no reason and got caught.

1 yeari argue that there arent really any niche communities. if I see a site with slow and limited posts, and 0 comments on most of those posts, can I really call that a community? i like video games and furry stuff. the video game and furry stuff sites have next to nothing on them. apparently the only ‘geeks’ here are Linux users who only talk about Linux distros or tankies who hate everyone and everything

next theyll invent rudimentary bartering systems
