You are correct Aaron wasn’t instrumental in creating reddit (Which most would agree is a prerequisite to being considered a founder I presume.), his company got grafted to it and he was given a founder title.

Just to be clear: Account suspension (i.e. a ban from the entire website) or a ban from, say, r/herpderp. The former is from paid reddit employees, the latter is from volunteer user moderators.

I’m mostly switched off SAMMI because their current head dev is all in on AI bullshit. Got maybe one thing left to move to streamerbot and I’m clear there. My two regular viewers wont notice at all but I’ll feel better about it.

It could have changed in the last year (I left in late 2023 personally) but I don’t think thats the case, also the other comic would have disappeared too if it was.
That, along with hide on up or downvote, is a account setting, and iirc isn’t on by default.
If it was removed a few days later its more then served its purpose. Folks looking at couple day old posts are a trickle compared to that initial rush.
Get new mods but pick the worst people for the job, at least a half dozen or so. If you get one person and that person abandons their account you’re vulnerable to a reddit request, half a dozen and you get more breathing room.
get rid of your automod config (Replace with bans for the words “meta” and “subreddit”) and any customizations you’ve done like icons or whatev.
if its a discussion subreddit, make it links and self posts and allow image uploads.

I got a subreddit to a million users and it got banned. Got another to 100k and it got banned. No probs from the admins until I protested some shit by doing the bare minimum on some other subs, then I’m an issue.
Someone else at your work acted the ass and got banned. You’re on the same IP so reddit assumes you’re the aforementioned ass.
Be sure to remove your comment/post history before you go so they can’t monetize that with AI bullshittery.

Fair amount of subreddits have banbots for shitholes under the, “Starve the beast” idea. r/MensRights is on par with theredpill for shitters. Fix is fairly easy for situations just like yours. Up to you if you want to utilize it though.
Also you might not remember it but you’ve deffo interacted with interestingasfuck in some way. You don’t recieve ban messages otherwise. They added that so folks couldn’t do stuff like register bigoted sub names and ban folks from them.
