Specialists are usually boring, that is good, it means they aren’t just superficial hype guys just trying to dumb things down to get attention. To make them interesting, you need to ask good questions and to care about the answers you will get.

This is my daily nightmare. How do you vet someone in skill, devotion and influence to make sure it doesn’t all collapse?

Wtf…pdfs allow js to execute? Who thought that was a good idea? How about it runs flash too while we’re at it?

I saw one rumor where they uploaded a gibberish file for some reason. In another, there was a Windows update that shipped just before they uploaded their well-tested update. The first is easy to avoid with a checksum. The second…I’m not sure…maybe only allow the installation if the windows update versions match (checksum again) :D
