IT tools is a really good looking app with a lot of tools, but I think it might also be the definition of choice paralysis lol

By encouraging this bullshit class fighting you’re only doing what the truly wealthy want you to do. This is bullshit, his salary isn’t that but it’s probably that after compensation - which can easily be taken away by layoffs or whatever.
All you’re doing is listening to rage bait and biting. Working class people shouldn’t be infighting, we should be fighting against the owning class. This is just distraction.

The Babylon Bee also makes articles under the guise of satire in an attempt to take advantage of this very fact. They’re basically a misinformation source that calls themselves satire because they know their base will take them seriously, but they can deny it. They’re basically Fox News calling themselves the onion.

What if I told you a lot of companies don’t have solid review requirement processes? Some barely use version control at all

Jetbrains moved away from the purchase version model and to an actual monthly/yearly subscription model a very long time ago. I don’t even think you can buy their products anymore, they’re literally subscription models, no longer buy versions then get updates for a year sort of thing. You either pay them and have access or don’t and lose it.
You can default git to using your current branch and a specific upstream so you don’t have to put anything after git push

The only real software engineer anymore is Linus Torvalds, everyone else stands on the shoulders of giants.

It’s not quite as interesting as you might hope:
On November 12th, 2012, YouTuber LifeAccordingToJimmy posted a video titled “Don’t Stop the Music,” a skit based on the awkward moments caused when the music stops at a party and a story one is telling is overheard by others. In the sketch, the music stops as the main character says something particularly strange, causing the partygoers to stare at him. The video gained over 4.2 million views (shown below).
No, you’re not, but the circle jerk here is definitely against discord.

I find it on a truck that could find in my comment history.
Billy Mitchell directly contributed to Apollo Legend’s suicide through constant harassment and bullying tactics.
Fuck Billy Mitchell, I hope Karl curb stomps his ass.

If you want to be pedantic about it, every bug is an oversight
Dude just stopped before he got to a logical stopping point where it would make sense to commit and push
Yeah, I really wish they’d gone a different way, it’s rough. I think they went the way they did because of the control they have over the run time environment, the ability to disable so much like writing to disk through flags makes it really easy for them to “trust” the edge functions, but man deno is rough.
Yeah, for sure, it’s just remembering all of the things it can do seems pretty tricky lol
