I have my domains through cloudflare, and they are basically empty:

It’s a bit sad that sql injection is still a thing. It’s been a known problem for decades, and developers keep itching to reinvent the vulnerability over and over…
Restore is future me’s problem. Fuck that guy :D
Do your backups work?
I’m triggered.
Writing a privacy policy for an entirely off-line app was endlessly frustrating.
And it’s crazy that there is no validation of the policy, you can say what you want and then do anything you like…
It’s just not worth the effort. You’ll find out they have change their policies on something, and you’ll have to fix your app to suit. It’s an endless churn of busywork
One time fee sure, and then they close your account for not pushing updates frequently enough…

Programming@programming.dev•LLM Idolatrine: Why no one wants your agentic PRs
4 monthsI’ve seen lots of people describe LLMs as a junior developer, but for this very reason, they are worse than a junior. I can train a junior and build them into senior, so the time spent correcting mistakes is still worthwhile. I can’t train an LLM, so correcting mistakes is just pointless.

4 monthsIt may not be a stand in for a human, but that’s exactly how many of these vibe coded projects are. It’s not unreasonable to ask the developer to spend 30 seconds to describe how they use these tools.

Mine is https://github.com/cameroncros/PrivatePeriodTracker

4 monthsCharitably, it could be an AI readme and hand rolled code, but it definitely is a smell.

4 monthsI did the same thing for my partner. She didn’t migrate in the end, and google killed my play store account.
https://bloodyhealth.gitlab.io/ - is also a good option.
Some kind of data import would be nice to have according to my partner, but it might be tricky with all the different apps.

4 monthsReset button not working, but power button working is quite odd.
Is it just the once that this happened? Can you reliably trigger it with the car charger? If yes, maybe worth plugging in a monitor while you triggering it and see what happens.
Are the server and chargers close to each other? Some kind of EMP effect? Seems unlikely, but who knows.

4 monthsThat does sound like a good approach. Are you able to share that CI pipeline? I am mostly happy to risk the occasional breakage, nothing is really critical. But something more reliable would probably save me some drama every so often when it does break.

4 months.uk domains are very cheap, $5ish AUD, which is ~2.5usd.

Between this and the 3d printer cabinets made from Lacks, Ikea really made an underrated table.
