Anything but optimization for game devs.

Anything but optimization for game devs.

First, stop demonizing customers you’ll never have.

And since our billionaire class gifted away our industrial capacity to other countries, we can’t engage in an attrition war now. But our military planners and civilian leadership haven’t caught up to that.

And Greenland!
Remember boys and girls, if ICE approaches you, you are in mortal danger. It would be reasonable to fear for your life. Defend yourself accordingly.
Shoot the messenger.
There goes the neighborhood.

Because dev studios have proven the last few years they can’t handle anything more complex.

Wonder if they have a deal with Epic or some other Steam rival to be the centerpiece in an anti-trust lawsuit, the same way Oracle propped up the corps of Netscape.

My opinion is it is the turmoil in the games. Big money bought out many studios and brought a focus to shareholder value rather than games people want to play. Enshitification is everywhere. Doesn’t matter what your platform if choice is, last few years haven’t been great for gaming.

What was the wait for Diakantana?

I’ve had T-Mobile 5G internet for several years now, and no issues. I’d say I’ve had to reboot the router more than with Comcast. But our area has also gone through a lot of tower upgrades. I’m not a competitive FPS player, mainly playing MMOs and nothing unusual. Streaming content has been fine. I also work full time remote with an IT job, and that hasn’t been an issue either.
It’s going to depend on how good your local signal is. T-Mobile phones in my area work well, while they don’t work as well when I visit my parents in another state. So the 5G Internet will follow suit. If you don’t have T-Mobile phones then you’ll have to pay attention to friends or reviews in your local area.

IF things in Gaza improve, Trump still doesn’t deserve a peace prize for blowing up Venezuelan fishermen, and for all the invasions of American cities he prattles on about.

I’d say it’s clickbait. The hardcore SC people act like other games don’t exist and won’t say a peep about them. Those of us that have sunk money into SC but play other games too will just play whatever suits us at the time. There is plenty to bitch about SC without comparisons to other games’ updates. When we do compare to other games it tends to be generalized like, “Online games have had working doors, elevators, and inventory since the 1990s.”

Aggressive? Hell no. I’m just not being Pollyanna.

Ahhhh, the old “I don’t see that” cope. Balance this against the hundreds of others that say otherwise.

Disagree. It is still a buggy mess. Many missing features that they promised. Lots of missing basic features of MMOs like no guild chat, no in game guild rosters, elevators and doors still don’t consistently work, they struggle to connect the game loops, game loops don’t consistently work, etc, etc.
On top of the distraction angle, Trump, like a typical bully, thought Iran would cower in fear and just roll over for an easy win.
