My websites: no cookies, no tracking, a few KB of JS, rest is pure HTML and CSS. My sites load 10x faster. Meanwhile every other company is running some overly bloated WP. Its kinda of mind blowing how dumb some of these sites are.

Overall Lemmy has been a nicer experience than reddit

Having similar issues. Probably applied for 500 jobs in the last 3 months. 2 interviews. I have 20 years experience and have built my own MVC PHP framework.
I’m literally overqualified for most of these jobs.
I did find that rebuilding my resume to be more modern (ai friendly) really increased my resume views etc. but still nothing

This is a hard lesson to learn. From now on, my guess is you will have dozens of backups.
