Seems pretty good. I recently 3d printed a little 10in mini rack for myself, but I went with Chris Borge’s Rackfinity. I feel like the threaded rods give it plenty of strength, which makes me a lot more comfortable hanging my hardware in the rack.

I find the rack itself never the problem. You can get them super cheap… But single (ATX) cases are completely out of proportion. Does somebody has a good idea to mount a micro ATX motherboard and a couple 2.5" drives (external PSU)?

1 yearWonder what the weight rating is on these. Some UPS can get pretty heavy.

1 yearThere are few if any 10” UPS units available anyway so weight is less of a worry. It’s one of the biggest weaknesses of the 10” system currently.

What about NAS systems? I don’t recall seeing any for 10" before

1 yearThere are 4 bay units that would fit on a 10” inch shelf. I’ve seen some DIY projects too.
Using SFF/mini PCs is also popular, there are models that can take multiple SATA/NVMe drives

Seems like a cool idea but I feel like if you’re buying rack hardware you should be able/willing to buy a metal frame to house your stuff in.
