There was an issue last week which caused lots of instances to delete their images resulting in things not loading.
Are you seeing this for every image or just the odd one?

Every image that wasn’t loaded before the purge. So old images that Sync already loaded are still showing up. Everything else, including thumbnails from articles is blank

Yes, you condescending git, but none of it explains why the thumbnail from a news article also doesn’t load.
