How to clear a blocked nose
If you have a blocked nose right now try this:
exhale completely out of your mouth until your lungs are empty. Do not breath back in yet.
pinch your nose with thumb and forefinger. Don’t breathe yet.
tilt your head all the way back, and then all he way forward. Do not breathe in yet.
repeat the head tilting exercise for as long as you can hold your breath. When you can’t hold it anymore let go of your nose and breathe in a nice lungful. Your nose will be clear - at least for long enough to use some Nasal spray and clear it properly.
This is awesome! You look a total dick and I’ve no idea how it works. But it does.

The tiling isn’t necessary.
Just hold your breath as if you’re trying to beat the world record (of holding your breath the longest)… and, then, inhale (since you gotta breath, lol), and it’ll go away
Your body is essentially fighting its way to survive, so it’ll open up the nasal passageway or whatever, so that you can breathe
3 yearsAlso if possible, export your Reddit saved posts. Even if nothing happens to them, there’s an upper limit that’s easy to hit and over time new saves will overwrite the old ones.
I set up an IFTTT thing years ago to automate that. I’d be curious what people recommend for exporting, and if there’s one for Lemmy as well

If there are ever subreddit blackouts again, the saved posts will go with them, too. Learned that the hard way.
